Internet auctions are great but they are not the same as live auctions. The best description and the best picture is no substitute for a hands on appraisal of the item you are buying. It is for this reason I offer a full 7 day money back guarantee. See below for details.

PAYMENT

Personal checks, business checks and money orders accepted in US funds on US banks. Please do not send cash. Checks & money orders have to clear my bank before item(s) are shipped. Payment by US Postal Service money order will be shipped same or next business day. Payment to be received within 10 business days unless other arrangements have been made. I do not accept credit or debit cards unless it is so stated on the auction page. Connecticut residents please include 6% sales tax or furnish a copy of your resale certificate

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping in most cases is fixed and payable by the buyer. Shipping is exclusive of handling charges. The handling charge is a small fee used to offset the cost of packaging materials, time spent packaging and daily trips to the post office to get your item shipped in a timely manner. The handling fee varies depending on the item. I ship US Postal Service priority mail insured on all items except large items. Next day air is available at additional cost to the buyer. Email me for cost. Other shipping options are available. Please be advised if you request no insurance and less than Priority mail service, you will assume all responsibility for the item if it is not delivered or arrives damaged. The 7 day return policy listed below will be void if the item is returned damaged. I have no control or recourse once the item has been shipped uninsured. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING International shipping is available on most items I sell. Because of different customs laws, postal restrictions and postal standards around the world there are a few exceptions. If you have any questions on the international shipping of any of my items check the auction page or send me an email. International shipping is at cost plus a handling charge. For small items this charge is $3.00. Larger items will be priced accordingly. I do not falsify US Customs forms. The customs declaration will list the actual item sold and the amount the item sold for.

RETURN POLICY

Upon receipt of the item(s) you have a 7 day inspection period. If you wish to return the item(s) they must be sent unaltered and shipped via US Postal Service insured. Before returning you must notify me either by email or phone to let me know the item(s) are being returned. Shipping is not refundable unless I did not properly describe the item(s). Item(s) damaged enroute are subject to postal insurance claims

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

I reserve the right to not honor high winning bids in the event that eBayTM was not functioning properly. Including site unavailability, site slowness, improper end of auction scheduling, and site malfunction. If other bidders are not able to bid on an auction due to an eBay site failure, I deem that auction null and void. Even if the reserve price has been met I reserve the right to cancel bids on our items of bidders with a history of non payment on other auctions. Auctions will not be canceled for private offers. All items are sold as collectibles only. We do not warrantee there use or safety. Used electrical, mechanical, incendiary, or other devices should be checked by the manufacturer, or a professional repair person before being put into use. Bidders must be of legal age to purchase and/or possess items they are bidding on. Bidders agree to hold seller harmless for any damages caused by any item sold
