Consignment terms and conditions:

FEES:The consignor is responsible for all online auction fees. If your item(s) sell the commission is 331/3% of the total sales price. If your item(s) does not sell there is a listing fee of $9.00 plus Ebay fees. If your items sells for $25.00 or less the fee charged will be $9.00. If your item is sold for over $25.00 the commission will be 331/3% of the total sales price. If your item does not sell the first time we will relist it for no additional fee charged by us. You will however have to pay Ebay listing fees.
You will not be charged for both the $9.00 listing fee and the 331/3% commission. The greater amount of $9.00 or 331/3% will be charged. If your item does not sell return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the consignor (you).

Buyers will be given a 7 (seven) day return priviledge on all items consigned. All items consigned must conform to the policies of the auction site the items will be listed on. We do not accept adult material, software, electronics, CD's, unauthorized reproductions, forgery and fantasy pieces. We reserve the right to decline any consignment. Consignment of items constitutes your agreement with these terms. We will notify you 30 days before these terms are amended.
Payment will be made to the seller 7 days after the buyer has received the merchandise and has not returned it for a refund.
